At the very entrance of the clinic receptionist persons are all very helpful. Positive. They also help for the car park directions, to the nurse persthe While coming and leaving they are all polite. Ready to assist. The pharmacy ladies are very informative and helpful. Misses. Yasmin who gives the training for the.usage of Libre application and the injection usage was extremely helpful. She is calm and loves her job.
All of them are has great knowledge in their fields, positive, enthusiastic, sincere, and listening the patients carefully and direct th for the best treatment. Following the patients in a time schedule. I strongly advice them for all related diabetes, insulin sensitivity resistance patients.
Dr. Cigdem was an excellent analyzer and she listen carefully, she asks quest and finds out what is really happening. Gives the treatment. She is an excellent doctor. Also the dietitian Misses Begüm is an excellent listener and analyzer. She direct you after listening and understanding how and what to watch out for. What, when and how much we have to eat. Glucare is the best clinic I have visited in the UAE. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. The super clean and well-designed clinic attracted me at first sight, as an architect. Our process was super easy and smooth, we got the results in 30 mins while we were drinking coffee in the coffee shop. A unique approach completely different from the others. And the team!!! The experience from the moment I entered the clinic since I left was outstanding. I went there because I was suffering from fatigue and I was suspecting there was something thyroid related. They did a series of tests, including blood and urine sample, body measurements, ECG and Thyroid ultrasound. After only 40 minutes the results were ready which I think that was a fantastic service. They have their own lab in the premises so you don’t have to wait days for the results. Everything happens right there and then. I then met Dr Milena, who took me to her private consultation room and showed me on a big screen, step by step all the findings from the results. Dr Milena was so committed and so professional all the way through. She explained every single aspect of the results and educated me along the way. Her knowledge and advice was incredible. I felt I was in safe hands with her. A big thank you as well to the lovely lady at reception and the nurses that were so pleasant. The clinic is top-notch and they even have a cafeteria and free underground parking. Overall, I had a fantastic experience so I would recommend this clinic 100%.
