One Stop Clinic

Single specialty clinics are proven to provide better care. Glucare is your one-stop shop for all your diabetes care including many co-morbidities suffered by diabetics such as the need for cardiovascular, nephrological, ophthalmic and podiatry care. Your diabetologist will remain your primary point of contact and will coordinate your care with others. Gone are the days of patients running between specialists trying to look for answers with little or no integrated care. Glucare works in real-time and has engineered its workflows to make sure patients get their results in the shortest possible time. Most patients will be able to get examined, investigated, diagnosed and receive prescription in 60 minutes or less.

Retinal Screening
GluCare has introduced the region’s first use of artificial intelligence (AI) in retinal screenings. Diabetic retinopathy is a leading cause of blindness in working-age adults – affecting one-third of people with diabetes. Despite this fact, retinal screening is still not offered in many diabetes centers and less than half of diabetic patients undergo regular retinal screenings. 
Our AI platform allows for instantaneous screening of diabetic retinopathy and age-related macular degeneration without the need to be referred elsewhere. 
Thyroid screening using Ultrasound

At GluCare, we are the first provider to use Artificial intelligence (AI) diagnosis to evaluate the sonographic calcifications of thyroid nodules.

Our approach of using both an endocrinologist and AI is a more sensitive and more objective method than simply relying on conventional methods (physicians alone) in the diagnosis of thyroid malignancies containing microcalcifications.

GluCare uses data collected from numerous sources (band, glucometers, electronic medical records, survey questions, etc) to calculate real-time predictive risk scores across 18 different conditions that are closely associated with diabetes.
